Turn your images into a PDF under 100 KB.
Some application portals take certificates only as PDF and put a size cap on each file. Phone photos of documents are several megabytes each, so turning them into a PDF as they are gives a file many times over the limit.
This converter is set to 100 KB. It puts your images into one PDF, one image per page, in the order you arrange them, and lowers the JPG quality inside the PDF until the whole file fits. If several photo-heavy pages cannot fit, it shows the closest size it reached so you can decide what to cut.

Tips for this size
- Crop each page before converting. A table edge or a shadow in the frame takes up bytes that the text needs.
- Use black and white for printed text. The Document Scanner has a Sharp B&W mode that makes pages much smaller while keeping them readable.
- Make one PDF per certificate only when the portal has one upload slot for it. If each page gets its own slot, upload them separately and each page gets the full 100 KB.
- Open the finished PDF and zoom in before you submit. A certificate number that cannot be read can get the document rejected at verification, long after the portal accepted it.

- Some loss is unavoidable when a full page has to fit in 100 KB, but printed text survives it well. One or two pages usually fit; four or five photo-heavy pages may not.
