1. The short version
We do not collect, upload, store, or transmit any of your files. Every tool on CorrectForm runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the HTML Canvas API. Your photos, signatures, and PDFs never leave your device.
2. What we collect
We collect anonymised, aggregated analytics data — page views, browser type, country — to understand which tools are useful and how the site performs. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track individuals across websites.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information unless you voluntarily submit it via our contact form, the newsletter sign-up or the café waitlist.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address and the lists you chose with Brevo, our email provider, and use them only to send those emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further newsletter emails.
Café waitlist
If you join the waitlist on /cafe, we keep what you type there: café name, city, state, number of PCs, the plan you would pick, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, the page language and the date you agreed. We do not keep your IP address. We use it only to tell you when the paid café plans open and to ask about your needs. We do not sell or share it. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete it; otherwise we delete it 12 months after the paid plans open at the latest. The café tools themselves never send your customers' files to us.
3. Cookies and advertising
We may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or similar networks. These third parties may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links on this site (to coaching platforms, book retailers, etc.) may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which products we recommend.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. A few pages have a box of Amazon.in links: prep books on some exam pages, and photo paper or a scanner on two tool pages. If you buy through one of them, Amazon pays us a small fee and your price stays the same. We don't show prices in the box because they change; Amazon shows the current one. The box always comes after the exam specs or the tool, not inside them.
5. Your rights
Apart from the newsletter and the café waitlist, we do not collect personal data, so there is nothing else for us to delete, export, or correct on your behalf. If you contact us via the contact form, we will only use your submission to respond to your query.
