Posts and age band
Basic pay starts at ₹48,480 plus four advance increments, in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I range of ₹48,480 to ₹85,920. SBI puts the approximate CTC at the starting scale in Mumbai at ₹21.97 lakh a year. The Prelims carry 100 marks. The Mains have a 3-hour objective test of 200 marks and a 30-minute descriptive paper of 30 marks. Then come a psychometric test, a group exercise (20 marks) and an interview (30 marks). About the SBI PO application form
The State Bank of India Probationary Officer is conducted by the State Bank of India. The online application portal has strict requirements for photo and signature uploads — images outside the specified dimensions or file size are automatically rejected.
