For the BPSC School Teacher Recruitment Exam TRE 4.0 (Advt. No. 15/2026), your photo is captured live in the online application — there is nothing to upload or resize. The signature should be about 280×180 pixels and up to 20 KB. Resize your signature with the tool above. It's free and runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
This form captures your photo live during the online application (webcam or phone camera) — there is nothing to upload or resize.
BPSC takes your photo live with a webcam in the last step of your profile (Step 6, "Upload Photo / Signature and Profile Lock"), so there is no photo file to upload. Use a laptop or phone with a working camera. Once you click Submit and Lock Profile and apply, you can't change the photo or signatures in that application. Online applications for TRE 4.0 close on 26 October 2026; pay the fee by 25 October.
The notice gives a range or a physical size, not one exact pixel size. Treat these dimensions as a target and check the notes and the quoted notice text below.
Upload two signatures: one in English and one in Hindi. The advert asks for no more than 20 KB and prints "Width 150-220 Pixel" and "Height 250-320 Pixel", a box taller than it is wide (p21-22). The Photo & Signature screen of the BPSC application portal turns it the other way for the signature: less than 20 KB, 250 to 320 pixels wide and 150 to 220 pixels tall. It gives the taller 150-220 x 250-320 box for the photo. The portal accepts only JPG or PNG files. Our resizer makes 280 x 180 pixels, inside the portal's range. Read the limits on the upload screen before you save, and make sure the signature is easy to read: the portal warns that an unreadable one gets the form rejected.

About the BPSC TRE 4.0 application form
The BPSC School Teacher Recruitment Exam TRE 4.0 (Advt. No. 15/2026) is conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). The online application portal has strict requirements for photo and signature uploads — images outside the specified dimensions or file size are automatically rejected.
The photograph is captured live by the online application (or the authority's app) — you don't upload or resize a photo. The signature should be about 280×180 pixels and up to 20 KB.
Common reasons BPSC TRE 4.0 forms get rejected
- A live photo that breaks the photo rules in the notice.
- Wrong file format. The notice asks for JPG.
Tips and tricks for the BPSC TRE 4.0 upload
- 1You need two signature files, one signed in English and one in Hindi. Sign each on its own plain sheet, so neither file has the other signature at its edge.
- 2The advert and the portal print the signature box two different ways. The portal is where the file gets checked, so go by its numbers: 250 to 320 pixels wide, 150 to 220 pixels tall, under 20 KB.
- 3The portal takes only JPG or PNG. Phones often save photos as .heic, so check the file name before you upload.
- 4Over 20 KB? Lower the JPG quality before you shrink the signature. Shrinking it makes thin strokes faint and hard to read, and the portal warns that an unreadable one gets the form rejected.
- 5The live photo needs a working webcam or phone camera. Sit facing a plain, light wall in daylight before you start Step 6.
- 6Age is counted on two dates: the minimum on 1 August 2026, the maximum on 1 August 2024. Check both before you pay the fee.
