NBEMS: recent photo (≤3 months old), colour, plain WHITE background, full face + ears + neck + shoulders, neutral non-smiling expression, face 70–80% of frame, no cap/spectacles/stethoscope, no other objects or people. JPG/JPEG, less than 80 KB. The form can capture it via webcam ("Capture Photo") or you can upload a prepared image. No digital retouching. A thumb impression (3.5×1.5 cm box, <80 KB) is also required — prepare it the same way.
Signature specification
NBEMS: sign IN FULL (not initials) with black/dark-blue ink inside a 3.5 cm × 1.5 cm box on blank unlined white paper; scan at 200 dpi, crop to the box, JPG/JPEG, less than 80 KB. The signature is matched at the exam — a mismatch can disqualify you.
