Tips and tricks for the APPSC English and Telugu Reporters upload
- 1The English post needs shorthand at 150 words a minute. A lower-speed certificate does not meet para 3.
- 2Your degree and certificates must be in hand on 13 October 2026, the notification date.
- 3Age counts on 1 July 2026, not on the day you apply.
- 4Paper II is written by hand from your own shorthand notes, so practise transcribing 750 words in 90 minutes as well as taking the dictation.
- 5The Computer Proficiency Test checks typing speed too. Failing it rules you out whatever your written marks.
- 6Your BC non-creamy layer or EWS certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2026 and no later than 2 November 2026.
