What to do, step by step
- 1First APPSC form? Register through OTPR on psc.ap.gov.in. Your fee and age relaxation details come from OTPR and lock once you pay, so fix them first.
- 2Log in with your OTPR ID, open Online Application Submission and click Fill Application against Notification No. 26/2026.
- 3Pick the post or posts, your zone preferences and three exam centres, and enter your local or non-local status. Local status rests on your study certificates for classes 4 to 7 (or a residence certificate if you did not study in a school then).
- 4When the form reaches the photo and signature, check the screen for a size or file-type rule and make matching JPG files with the custom mode of our resizer.
- 5Click Save & Submit (Save alone does not submit), pay, then download the filled application PDF and note the payment reference ID. Corrections after 9 November cost Rs. 100 each.

Tips and tricks for the APPSC ASWO & ATWO upload
- 1Your degree must be complete on 9 October 2026, the notification date. A result that comes later does not count.
- 2Age counts on 1 July 2026, not on the day you apply.
- 3Zones III and VI have no ATWO post this time, so a local candidate from those zones competes only for ASWO seats there.
- 4PBD candidates can apply and get 10 years of age relaxation and the fee exemption, even though no post is reserved for them this turn.
- 5Your BC non-creamy layer or EWS certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2026 and no later than the closing date.
- 6Papers II and III are about welfare work: Andhra history and the state's welfare priorities, then the Constitution and the laws that protect SCs, STs and other weaker sections.
