Café batch mode
Resize 5 customers' files, get one ZIP.
Quick answer
Choose the exam and photo or signature, add up to 5 files and type each customer's name. The tool frames photos around the face and cleans signatures, then fits every file to the official size, checks it again, and saves them in one ZIP as NAME_examcode_photo.jpg. Nothing is uploaded.
Free plan: 5 files per batch. Unlimited batches, customer folders and a backup file come with the paid plans, coming soon (join the waitlist).
File type
SSC CGL photo: about 200 × 230 px, 20–50 KB, JPG. Photos are framed around the face and signatures are cleaned and fitted automatically; to adjust one file by hand, open it in the Photo Studio.

Files are resized in this browser. Nothing is uploaded to CorrectForm or anyone else.
Tips
- 1Start from the best copy you have. A sharp phone photo resizes better than a screenshot of a WhatsApp image.
- 2Crop signatures close to the ink before adding them. The tool keeps the whole image, so a big white margin makes the signature tiny.
- 3If an exam needs both a photo and a signature, run two batches: photos first, then the same customers' signatures.
- 4Unzip into the customer's own folder, upload, and clear the folder when the form is done.
Frequently asked questions
- How many photos can I resize at once?
- 5 per batch on the free plan. Download the ZIP, press "Start next batch" and carry on. The paid plans (coming soon) remove the limit.
- How are the files in the ZIP named?
- Customer name, exam code and file type: RAM_KUMAR_ssc-cgl_photo.jpg. The name comes from the box next to each file; if you leave it, the original file name is used.
- What if one file does not meet the rule after resizing?
- Each resized file is measured again. A file that still breaks the rule gets a cross with the reason and is left out of the ZIP, so a bad file never reaches the portal by mistake.
